This commercial tenant creation for Salt Spring Island Cheese, designed by Citizen's own Ryan Macleod, is located in the Victoria Public Market. It's a must see + a must taste. The old-world style of this little hub suits the beautiful architecture and history of the building - one of Canada's oldest departments stores built in 1914 and originally owned by the Hudson's Bay Company. In addition to rich history and ambience, their cheese is the best we've ever had. Bar none! We loved working with these fantastic people.
