As designer, our role is to translate our clients' ideas, story + goals into a fully digital 3D rendering. This offers a great starting point for inspiration and creativity. This also allows us, together, to enter into the project plans and better address all of the known variables like permitting, space allowances, environment/terrain + budget.  

As General Contractor, our role is to control quality of workmanship while maintaining the arranged budget and schedule.  Through clear and open communication we are able to translate design + idea into the fully functional facility that we have been contracted to build.  This communication is also passed down to our various subcontractors.
